There’s something pretty special about growing up in Barwon Heads. Our clients found the perfect spot to raise their family – close to both the river and the township. Only problem? The house was a bit shabby and small. While the green brick two-bedder had good bones, it needed to be fixed up and expanded to become their ideal family home.

The existing space was gutted and reconfigured to include three bedrooms, a bathroom and a kids’ lounge/playroom. An extension added a kitchen, office and living area downstairs plus a parents’ retreat upstairs. Impressive features include a 5.5 metre void in the living area and a pool for the family to enjoy during warmer months.

Not only do our clients now have the perfect location, they have the perfect family home.
