Retirement is the start of a brand new chapter in life – the perfect time to either renovate your home or invest in a development opportunity. Our Ocean Grove clients were keen to do the latter and sought our help in building two high end townhouses they could list for sale.
We managed the project from demolition through to project completion and the result exceeded our client’s expectations. The ground floor of each townhouse comprises of a garage, bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, laundry and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area leading onto a deck. Upstairs has two more bedrooms plus a bathroom and study nook. The external timber cladding and concrete combines to create a modern, coastal look while the polished concrete floors inside further amp up the style stakes.
With an advertised asking price of between $920,000 to $1,000,000 each, our clients achieved what they set out to – create two beautiful homes that would increase their nest egg.
